BCEF Grant Program

With a renewed focus of helping schools with funding and resources to improve student learning and other important outcomes, the Blount County Education Foundation has revamped its long-standing “mini-grant” program to be more responsive. Instead of allotting each school a set amount and requiring principals to effectively select grant proposals, BCEF is sponsoring a new program open to any teacher or staff member to provide funding supporting innovative ways to meet needs that are critical in promoting the learning and well-being of our students.

For 2024, we will accept grant applications from individuals or academic teams ranging from $100 up to $2,000. Each proposal will be anonymously screened by an experienced review committee. Final selection may include follow-up contact with the applicants. Please review the application from the link below and submit by August 16.
